Ninety Nine Bottles of Beer

Ninety nine bottles of beer on the wall
Ninety nine bottles of beer
Take one down
Pass it around
Ninety eight bottles of beer on the wall

Ninety eight bottles of beer on the wall
Ninety eight bottles of beer
Take one down
Pass it around
Ninety seven bottles of beer on the wall

Ninety seven bottles of beer on the wall
Ninety seven bottles of beer
Take one down
Pass it around
Ninety six bottles of beer on the wall

and so on. To make it a bit shorter, you can take out the first line of each verse (except the first one obviously) so you're not repeating yourself.

The Ants

The ants were marching one by one
Hurrah, hurrah
The ants were marching one by one
Hurrah, hurrah
The ants were marching one by one
The little one stopped to . . . (Three syllables, rhyming with one.)
And they all went marching
Down the toilet, through the pipes, and into the sink
Flush flush

The ants were marching two by two
Hurrah, hurrah
The ants were marching two by two
Hurrah, hurrah
The ants were marching two by two
The little one stopped to . . . (Three syllables, rhyming with two.)
And they all went marching
Down the toilet, through the pipes, and into the sink
Flush flush

The ants were marching three by three
Hurrah, hurrah
The ants were marching three by three
Hurrah, hurrah
The ants were marching three by three
The little one stopped to . . . (Three syllables, rhyming with three.)
And they all went marching
Down the toilet, through the pipes, and into the sink
Flush flush
and so on.

Old McDonald Had A Ford

Old McDonald had a Ford EIEIO
And in that Ford there was a seat
And the seat was on the floor
And the floor was on the wheels
And the wheels were on the ground
And the engine in the Ford makes the wheels go round
Match to the gas tank - boom boom

And so on until the last verse is as follows:
Old McDonald had a Ford EIEIO
And in that Ford there was a tiny microscopic insect
The prettiest little tiny microscopic insect that you ever did see
And the tiny microscopic insect was on the flea
And the flea was on the feather
And the feather was on the hat
And the hat was on the curl
And the curl was on the girl
And the girl was on the seat
And the seat was on the floor
And the floor was on the wheels
And the wheels were on the ground
And the engine in the Ford makes the wheels go round
Match to the gas tank - boom boom
Match to the gas tank - Boom Boom!
Match to the gas tank - BOOM BOOM!!!

TEAM CHEERS

Strawberry shortcake, banana split
We think your team's full of
Shift it to the left
Shift it to the right
Come on red
Let's fight, fight, fight.

Sliding down a waterfall
Landing on a cactus
We think your team
Needs more practice.

Waltzing Matilda
We're gonna kill ya
We are gold and gold is the best
We're gonna run, gonna score
Like you've never ever seen before
We are gold and gold is the best.

There was a little frog
Who sat upon a log
He barracked for the blue team
He had no sense at all
He fell into a puddle
Just about to drown
And then he got the red team spirit and never let them down.

Go go-go. Go you mighty blue team
Win win-win. Win you mighty blue team
Fight fight-fight. Fight you mighty blue team
Go fight win!
Sometimes followed by
Chuck 'em in the bin!

Extra, extra, read all about it
Gold's gonna win there's no doubt about it
Sometimes followed by
We're rough, we're tough
We're hard to beat
Come on gold
Let's move those feet.

Two, four, six, eight, nine
Who's the legend on the line?
It's player's name! . . .
*Hit the ground with both hands, clap, then hold two hands up and two feet off the ground.
*First shot goes up.
*Hit the ground with both hands, clap, then hold up one hand and one foot.
This refers to the basketball free-throw line, although it could be used as a race starting line.

NONSENSE RHYMES

Santa Claus, Santa Claus
Santa Claus is dead
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear
Shot him in the head
Barbie Doll, Barbie Doll
Tried to save his life
But GI Joe from Mexico
Stabbed him with a knife

Deck the school with kerosene
Falalalala lalalala
Strike a match and watch it gleam
Falalalala lalalala
Now the school is burned to ashes
Falala lalala lalala
Aren't you glad we played with matches?
Falalalala lalalala
To the tune of "Deck the Halls".

We three kings from Orient are
One in a taxi
One in a car
One on a scooter
Tooting his hooter
Smoking a big cigar
To the tune of "We Three Kings".

Jingle bells, Batman smells
Robin flew away or Robin laid an egg
Batmobile lost its wheel
And Joker got away
To the tune of "Jingle Bells".

One bright day in the middle of the night
Two dead boys got up to fight
Back to back they faced each other
Drew their swords and shot other
A deaf policeman heard the noise
And came and shot the two dead boys
If you do not believe this lie is true
Ask the blind man, he saw it too

Mother's meeting, father's invited
Children can come if they don't get excited
Admission free, pay at the door
Seats all around, sit on the floor

SKIPPING SONGS

HAND-CLAPPING RHYMES

I Am A Pretty Little Dutch Girl

I am a pretty little Dutch girl
As pretty as pretty can be be be
And all the boys on the baseball team
Go crazy over me me me
My boyfriend's name is Tony
He comes from Macaroni
With forty eight toes and a pimple on his nose
And this is how my story goes

One day when I was walking
I saw my boyfriend talking
To a pretty little girl with strawberry curls
And this is what he said to her:
I L-O-V-E love you
I K-I-double-S kiss you
And they jumped in the lake and swallowed a snake
And came out with a wedding cake

The next day I was walking
And I saw my boyfriend talking
To the same pretty girl with strawberry curls
And this is what he said to her:
I H-A-T-E hate you
I K-I-C-K kick you
Then they jumped in the lake and swallowed a snake
And came out with a belly ache!
This a hand clapping rhyme. The sequence is this: you first have your left hand palm down and your right hand palm up, as does your partner, you then 'high ten' your partner, then clap your hands together. Where words are repeated, you do three claps, or three high tens. At the end, you have to try to tickle or grab your partner's stomach.

Down down baby
Down down the roller coaster
Sweet sweet baby
I'll never let you go
Gimme gimme coco-pop
Gimme gimme pie
Gimme gimme coco-pop
Gimme gimme pie

Let's get the rhythm of the hands Clap hands twice
Let's get the rhythm of the hands Clap hands twice
Let's get the rhythm of the feet Stomp your right foot, then left
Let's get the rhythm of the feet Stomp your right foot, then left
Let's get the rhythm of the hot dog Hands on hips and move hips in a circle
